These are the basic terms for using the SAINO website and the information published here.

These terms apply to browsing the SAINO website and sending an enquiry through it. Separate terms may apply to individual products and external services.
Enquiries and contracts.
Submitting the enquiry form is a request for consultation. It does not create a contract, place an order or reservation, or create an obligation to pay. If work proceeds, a contract is formed only after the scope, price, schedule, deliverables, and treatment of rights are confirmed and the applicable quotation, order, or agreement is accepted.
Project fees and payment.
As a general rule, a 50% deposit is due when the agreement is accepted, and work begins after the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due within seven days after delivery and acceptance. Longer or larger projects may use milestone payments. Revision scope, cancellation, ownership of deliverables, warranty, maintenance, and additional work are defined in the quotation or agreement for each project before work begins.
Confidential information.
Before a confidentiality agreement is in place, do not send trade secrets, personal information, passwords, API keys, unpublished source code, or other information that must not be disclosed. Contact us first if special handling is required.
Published information.
Product specifications, supported features, and availability may change as development continues. Check the current status before making an important decision.
Product-specific terms.
Product use, licences, pricing, support, and connections to external services may be governed by product-specific terms and the terms of those external services. If a separate agreement with you differs from this site, that agreement takes priority.
Disclosure of operator information.
The website operator is SAINO / Yusuke Sano. Where an address, telephone number, or other operator information is required by law, it will be provided without delay by email or another appropriate method when requested at saino145623@gmail.com, with enough time for you to review it before deciding whether to apply.
Intellectual property.
Rights in the text, images, logos, screens, and software published on this site belong to their respective owners. They may not be used beyond what the law permits without permission.
Prohibited use.
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, infringe another party’s rights, or use the site for an unlawful purpose.
External services.
When you follow a link to an external service, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply.
Availability and responsibility.
We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but cannot guarantee complete information or operation in every environment. Confirm that a product or service fits your own requirements before relying on it.
Governing law and language.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The English version is provided for reference. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version controls.
