Website and Product Terms
These are the basic terms for using the SAINO website and Windows products supplied by SAINO.

These terms apply to browsing the SAINO website, sending an enquiry through it, and using Liora, Prompt Canvas, or Auto Motion Studio purchased or supplied by SAINO. Product-specific terms presented before purchase or delivery take priority if they differ from these terms.
Enquiries and contracts
Submitting the enquiry form is a request for consultation. It does not create a contract, place an order or reservation, or create an obligation to pay. If work proceeds, a contract is formed only after the scope, price, schedule, deliverables, and treatment of rights are confirmed and the applicable quotation, order, or agreement is accepted.
Project fees and payment
As a general rule, a 50% deposit is due when the agreement is accepted, and work begins after the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due within seven days after delivery and acceptance. Longer or larger projects may use milestone payments. Revision scope, cancellation, ownership of deliverables, warranty, maintenance, and additional work are defined in the quotation or agreement for each project before work begins.
Confidential information
Before a confidentiality agreement is in place, do not send trade secrets, personal information, passwords, API keys, unpublished source code, or other information that must not be disclosed. Contact us first if special handling is required.
Published information
Product specifications, supported features, and availability may change as development continues. Check the current status before making an important decision.
Product-specific terms
Product use, licences, pricing, support, and connections to external services may be governed by product-specific terms and the terms of those external services. If a separate agreement with you differs from this site, that agreement takes priority.
Liora licence
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one user to use Liora on Windows PCs under that user’s control. Business and commercial-project use is allowed, but the application, installer, licence, guides, and purchaser-only download URL may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or rented. The purchaser must review the intended PC and AI environment through the pre-purchase checklist and ask before checkout if anything is unclear.
Prompt Canvas licence
The purchaser receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one user to install and use Prompt Canvas on up to two Windows PCs under that user’s control. Business and commercial-project use is allowed, but the application, installer, licence, and purchaser-only download URL may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or rented. Except where mandatory law permits otherwise, analysis intended to bypass protections or reproduce the product is prohibited.
Auto Motion Studio licence
Auto Motion Studio is a one-time, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for one purchaser to install and use the product on up to three Windows PCs owned or controlled by that purchaser, with use on only one PC at a time. Business and commercial-project use is allowed. The application, installer, licence, and purchaser-only download URL may not be shared, redistributed, resold, or rented. Each additional user in an organisation requires a separate licence.
User content and exports
Rights in video, audio, images, text, and projects lawfully owned by the user, and in video, captions, thumbnails, annotated images, instructions, JSON, and reports exported from the products, remain with that user, subject to rights in source material and third-party components. The user must hold the permissions required for imported, published, and externally transmitted material.
Updates and support
The product page or individual pre-delivery terms define the included update period, setup guide, and support scope. Third-party AI, social publishing, speech engines, models, paid services, and custom work are not included. We normally aim to reply within three business days, but do not guarantee a resolution deadline or continued availability of any third-party service.
Unsigned applications and user checks
Liora, Prompt Canvas, and Auto Motion Studio are currently supplied as unsigned Windows applications and may trigger SmartScreen or similar warnings. Verify the filename and SHA-256 supplied by SAINO and obtain administrator approval on organisation-managed PCs. We do not recommend disabling security protections globally.
Disclosure of operator information
The website operator is SAINO / Yusuke Sano. Where an address, telephone number, or other operator information is required by law, it will be provided without delay by email or another appropriate method when requested through the enquiry form, with enough time for you to review it before deciding whether to apply.
Intellectual property
Rights in the text, images, logos, screens, and software published on this site belong to their respective owners. They may not be used beyond what the law permits without permission.
Prohibited use
Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, infringe another party’s rights, or use the site for an unlawful purpose.
External services
When you follow a link to an external service, that service’s terms and privacy policy apply.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain accurate information and product quality, but do not guarantee operation with every environment, file, or codec; OCR, transcription, automatic editing, or repair accuracy; AI-output accuracy; successful social publication; accessibility compliance; or continued availability of a third-party service. Review exports and publications before use. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence and liability that cannot legally be limited, SAINO’s liability is limited to foreseeable, ordinary, direct, actual loss, with aggregate liability capped at the amount paid for the affected product. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law and language
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The English version is provided for reference. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version controls.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms when laws, features, or delivery methods change. Material changes affecting rights or obligations will be announced before they apply, and adverse terms will not be applied retrospectively to an existing agreement. Use the contact page if you have a question.
