This page explains how information is handled when you use the SAINO website or send an enquiry.

This policy applies when you browse the SAINO website or send an enquiry through it. If a product has its own notice or terms concerning information it handles, those materials also apply to that product.
Information we collect.
The enquiry form collects the type of consultation, your name, email address, and message. We also collect a company or organisation name and a subject when you choose to enter them.
Cookies and browser storage.
The site stores a cookie named “saino_locale” for up to one year to remember the display language you selected. The space-experience page also stores journey progress in sessionStorage until that browser tab is closed. We do not currently use either for advertising or behavioural tracking.
Information processed when you access the site.
To deliver the site securely, prevent misuse, and investigate failures, the hosting infrastructure may process information such as your IP address, browser and device information, access time, and request details.
How we use information.
We use information to reply to enquiries, clarify requirements, discuss quotations and production, provide product support, operate the site securely, and respond to misuse or technical incidents.
Processors and external services.
Cloudflare is used to deliver this website. Form submissions are relayed through FormSubmit to saino145623@gmail.com. FormSubmit states that submitted content is retained for 30 days. If you prefer not to use the FormSubmit relay, contact us directly at the email address listed on the contact page. Google Gmail is used to receive and retain email.
Disclosure to third parties.
We do not disclose personal information to third parties unless you consent, disclosure is required by law, or disclosure is necessary to protect life or property and obtaining consent is difficult. Where a service provider processes information on our behalf, we require appropriate handling within the necessary scope.
Security and retention.
We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transmission, data minimisation, and access controls. Information is removed appropriately when it is no longer needed for the enquiry or related work, except where a longer period is required by law.
Requests about your information.
Use the contact page to request notice of purpose, access, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party disclosure. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law. If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will explain why.

This website is operated by SAINO / Operator: Yusuke Sano. The operator’s address and telephone number will be disclosed without delay upon request when their display or provision is legally required for a transaction.
